We’re pleased to announce Geodesy's’ 2023 Customer Survey Results. After another uncertain year in the conveyancing industry, we couldn’t be happier with an overall satisfaction score of 96%. So, we were pleased to find out that when asked about our customer service team, 99% of you were satisfied with the service they provided. 2023 also saw us overhaul and update our mapping solution to make ordering even easier. Our new mapping is faster, more accurate, and more importantly free. With customers saying it is ‘easy to use and navigate’, it’s comments like those that make it all worth it!
