COMMERCIALDW
The COMMERCIALDW Drainage and Water Enquiry identifies all the risks that a property may face in relation to the ownership and location of sewers and water mains, including:
- Details of water and wastewater services at the property
- The location of public water mains and sewers in the area
- Consents to discharge trade effluent
- Details of easements that may restrict development
- The risk of internal sewer flooding
- The location of nearby sewage treatment works
- Poor water pressure information
- An assessment of water quality.
The COMMERCIALDW is designed for individual commercial premises such as shops and units and is backed by £2 million liability cover.
COMMERCIALDW Plus
The COMMERCIALDW Plus Drainage and Water Enquiry is designed for large development sites (up to 1 km2), commercial sites with multiple accounts, and parcels of land or properties that include land (e.g. large farms).
The report contains all the information in a standard COMMERCIALDW, but offers a number of additional benefits including:
- The ability to include up to 3 properties/industrial units in the same area in one report for no additional cost (terms and conditions apply). A full property specific report will be produced for each property/plot
- Provision of larger plans (Up to A0)
- Higher liability cover of up to £10 million.
