Sitecheck Combined is an environmental and flood risk assessment for commercial properties where no development or change of use is proposed. As well as providing an indication as to whether a site could be contaminated it provides a comprehensive assessment of all major sources of flooding.

The FCI Retail report is aimed at small retail premises (use classes: A1-A5, C4) and comprises of three datasets - environmental, flood and ground stability.
It addresses retail and small business needs through:
- a professional opinion on the contaminated land risk and a risk rating for potential subsidence
- an assessment of flood risk, including likelihood of impact on obtaining insurance
- air quality ratings that could affect shoppers and employees
It is the only commercial report to include remediation warranty and is also supported by £5m professional indemnity cover.
This report is available for properties up to 0.25 hectares.
The FCI Commercial is aimed at other commercial and industrial units, not covered by the FCI Retail report, and contains four datasets - environmental, flood, ground stability and energy and infrastructure.
It is backed by £10m professional indemnity cover and comes with expert support from FCI's Risk Team.
This report is available in size brackets ranging from 0-15, 15-50 and 50-150 hectares.
