'My connections'

Simply follow the process below to begin your order sharing journey!

To start using the new service today, simply:

1. Login to your Geodesys online ordering account. If you don't have an account you can create one now by registering your details at www.geodesys.com/register.

2. Go to "My Details".

3. Click on "My Connections" (highlighted in screengrab below). If you have colleagues within your branch that are registered on our system, their details will appear, allowing you to grant or remove access to your orders.

4. Once you save your changes, your colleague will receive an email notifying them of their newly-acquired access. They will then be able to see the orders that they have in place and, if they tick "My Connections Orders" on the right-hand side of the screen, they will be able to see your orders as well. All orders can be printed from this screen.

5. Anyone using the facility can distinguish their own orders from colleagues' orders by using the icons to the left of the order date. Colleagues' orders are denoted by the cluster icon as highlighted below. Your own orders are denoted by the single icon.
