We have made some significant changes to the design of the areas of the site that can be viewed prior to login to reflect a more modern and informative feel. We think this ensures a smoother journey through the site and hope you agree. In line with this more up-to-date design, the layout of the current order system has also changed slightly, but this will make no difference to the way in which you order at the moment.
These changes represent the first stage of on-going website development work to provide an enhanced experience to our customers.
In response to customer feedback, the Geodesys ordering system will be upgraded over the summer months to provide an improved and more streamlined experience for our online customers. As part of these changes, you will benefit from a number of new features that we will be introducing to enhance the ordering experience. New features for the summer upgrade include:
- Even easier ordering and ordering management – you’ll be able to save orders and quotes to purchase at a later date
- Wider choice of account options
- Ability to order on smaller devices
Once the new ordering system is in place, we will gradually be working on additional functionality to ensure you have all those features you need to best support your conveyancing report requirements and offer a competitive service to your clients. These include:
- Ability to create and save preferred packages
- Print searches from order history
- View, print and pay invoices online
- Pay by cheque for orders made online
We will contact our customers again before the introduction of the new ordering system to explain this in more detail.
