At Geodesys we pride ourselves on our high professional standards and aim to provide the best possible customer service to our clients, so we were delighted to achieve an overall rating of over 98% customer satisfaction in our 2016 survey.
Our customers remain a very satisfied bunch in 2016!
In the survey customers rated the importance of a number of aspects of our service, and we then asked them to provide us with a satisfaction rating for these different aspects. The key message that emerged was that our overall satisfaction rate for 2016 is over 98%. This is in line with our record result last year.
Within the 2016 result we achieved 100% satisfaction for our response times, ease of contact, appropriate follow-up and telephone manner. The analysis also showed a greater appreciation for the level of advice we provide on a wide range of conveyancing searches.
