As part of a strategic plan to support business growth and product development, Geodesys has bolstered the team with five key appointments within the past 12 months.
Kay Toon is flourishing as an Account Manager, alongside Mark Phillips who joined as the new customer services manager. Emma Traves fills an important role in the marketing team as Online Marketing Assistant, and Libby Sinclair and Sandra Palmer have been appointed as project managers to support new product development.
Kevin Brown, managing director for Geodesys, says: “It’s an absolute pleasure to welcome fresh talent to the team. The appointments reflect our recent growth as well as our commitment to expanding our expertise internally to drive Geodesys’ continued success.”
Kay Toon brings her consultative approach to the team based on robust property training from her time at ETSOS and Searchflow (part of the Daily Mail Property Group). Kay has a keen interest in the property industry and advocates a partnership approach when working with her clients. In her role, she helps solicitors and conveyancers to select the right conveyancing searches, as well as providing updates on legislative changes.
Commenting on being part of the Geodesys team. Kay says: “Prior to working for Geodesys, I was aware of their strong reputation within the industry, so I am delighted to have the opportunity to work for them. I have particular knowledge of the commercial property sector and enjoy passing this onto my clients, helping them to interpret information provided in the searches.”
As Customer Services Manager Mark Phillips is responsible for maintaining Geodesys strong focus on customer service and leading the team to deliver high levels of service. With an eye on the future, he is looking at how Geodesys can deliver more innovative solutions to their client base.
Experienced digital marketer, Emma Traves leads on social media and digital marketing activity, managing multiple campaigns for the team.
Libby Sinclair and Sandra Palmer are progressing Geodesys’ software and product development. Both are responsible for delivering several small and medium sized software development, IT, business systems and infrastructure projects for Geodesys.
