At Geodesys we are continually striving to exceed the expectations of our customers and provide the best possible service, so we were delighted to hear some of the great things you said about us in our 2019 customer survey.
We were particularly pleased to see that the overall satisfaction rate was 98.2%, which was up on our score in 2018. Within this we saw increased satisfaction in a number of areas, including product range and ease of ordering. This reflects our continuous effort to stay at the forefront of our industry, creating and developing innovative products and services.
Our client account executives also retained their 100% satisfaction score which is a testament to the relationships they have built and work hard to maintain.
The annual customer survey is not only an opportunity to hear about what we are doing well, but also to receive feedback on areas we can improve.
As such, there are lots of developments in the pipeline for 2020 which we know our clients will be excited about. So, watch this space!
