From Wednesday, 1st April 2020, we will be changing the price of our residential drainage and water searches.
Our commitment to offering you the best possible product and service means that we are increasing the price of these products for the Anglian Water area.
Please note that the price of our commercial drainage and water searches will remain unchanged.

CON29DW Premium - £72.00
All prices include VAT.
The CON29DW is the only drainage and water report that:
includes answers to ALL 23 Law Society copyrighted questions on drainage and water
includes TWO separate maps to illustrate the position of both drainage and water assets
does NOT insure against answers to Law Society questions
does NOT refer customers to a different source of information
provides effective REDRESS for home buyers in the case of incorrect information
