Meet the Team
The Geodesys team are highly experienced professionals who have many years of industry knowledge and expertise. Click on their photo to find out more about them.
Jess has worked at Geodesys since 2020 and works in the sales team as a Client Account Executive. Jess has experience in customer service and working in the housing industry, and is passionate about providing fantastic customer support to new and existing clients.
In her spare time, Jess plays the trumpet and enjoys spending time with her family.
Richard began his career as a graduate working with GIS within the Anglian Water Group before moving into software development. In 2010 he became Software Development Manager, leading the Geodesys team as they advanced the IT solutions. In 2018 Richard took on the role of Head of IT and Solutions and now heads up the delivery team and IT support to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
When he’s not working, Richard spends his time with his family, building and fixing vehicles and getting out on his bike when he can.
Laurence joined Geodesys in 2021 as Platform Owner and is responsible for the development and delivery of the Geodesys ordering platform
Laurence started her career in HR before moving into IT, particularly within the realms of service management, product management and technical account management.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her partner and toddler, loves to bake and 'enjoys' running although feels this is counterintuitive to the baking!
Jonny joined the Geodesys team in 2015 and has over 25 years of product management and business development experience.
As Business Development Manager, Jonny is responsible for relationships and partnerships with third-party external suppliers and driving and managing the sales team's business development activities to both direct customers and resellers.
He acts as a key conduit internally between the sales team, customer services, marketing, and development to release, promote, and support the best possible lineup of products and services to our clients.
Often involved in presentations, webinars and events, Jonny’s broad knowledge of the conveyancing market helps shape the direction TIDE takes now and into the future.
Sandie started with Anglian Water Group back in 2006 within Strategic Asset Management as a Development Analyst. She moved over to Geodesys in 2010 as Product Development Manager to enhance product offerings.
In later years, as Systems and Process Development Manager, she introduced a Customer Relationship Management system, improving communication and better understanding of the Geodesys customer base.
In 2016 Sandie took on the role of Application Support Manager, to provide first and second line support and improve data quality. Under Sandie’s direction the Application Support team continue to enhance automation processes and support all areas of Geodesys.
Sandie has a zest for overseas travel, taking every opportunity available to immerse herself in everything that a country has to offer, embracing their culture, customs and not forgetting the cuisine!
Nick joined Geodesys as a Customer Service Advisor in 2019 and quickly became an integral part of the team.
He moved into a Senior Customer Service Advisor position in 2021 and became Customer Services Team Manager in March 2022.
Becky leads the design team at Geodesys and is passionate about creating beautiful, usable designs. Becky has worked at Geodesys since 2017, before that she completed a degree at Brighton University in Digital Media Development and has been passionate about User Interface and User Experience design ever since.
In her spare time, Becky loves going for long walks with her fluffy companion, designing things and having a go at interior design.
Justine has been with Geodesys since 2013 and worked as Sales Administrator and Marketing Assistant before becoming Marketing Executive in 2021.
In her role, Justine organises CPD training events and manages print advertising, email communications and PR.
In her spare time, Justine enjoys horseriding and regularly takes part in competitions, and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Ellie is Head of Geodesys and has worked within the Anglian Water Group since 2008, originally as Marketing Manager for Geodesys, before becoming Head of Marketing in 2018.
Prior to joining the Anglian Water Group Ellie worked in marketing in a variety of industries, most recently in the property industry as Marketing Manager for Taylor Wimpey.
Today, Ellie is responsible for delivering the Geodesys business plan and for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the Geodesys business.
In her spare time, Ellie likes to keep active with circuit training, running and bike rides with the family.
Kay has worked in the conveyancing industry for many years, and has been with Geodesys since 2017.
Kay is passionate about building relationships with clients and identifying solutions to their needs. She also keeps up-to-date with CQS and the new CPMS and any legislative changes that she might need to advise clients on.
Her knowledge is second-to-none and she is always on hand to offer advice to clients.
Outside of work, Kay is a keen yogi and enjoys going on holiday.
Emma joined Geodesys in 2017, having previously worked in marketing for a large media and entertainment company, in the food industry and also the NHS.
Emma works across digital marketing, planning webinars, social media, website management and online advertising.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking (and eating!) cakes, travelling and spending as much time as possible with friends and family.
