Jonny joined the Geodesys team in 2015 and has over 20 years product management experience.
As product manager, Jonny is responsible for relationships and partnerships with third party external suppliers and acts as a key conduit internally between sales, customer services, marketing and development so as to release, promote and support the best possible line-up of products and services to our clients.
Often involved in presentations, webinars and events, Jonny's broad knowledge of the conveyancing market helps shape the direction Geodesys takes now and in the future.

Susan has had a varied marketing and communications career in both B2B and B2C roles, and her industry experience includes publishing, banking, education, consumer goods and property. Susan has worked in the private and public sectors, both client and agency-side.
Susan leads on the development of the communications plan, brand management and the planning of marketing campaigns. Susan also works closely with the sales and product teams to understand how we can best meet the needs of our conveyancing customers.
In her spare time Susan enjoys doing things with her children and spends a lot of time at various sporting events! She’s also interested in art and design, writing and photography.

Tracey has been with Geodesys since 2013, originally joining as Customer Services Manager, and moving into the Head of Sales position a short time later.
Prior to joining Geodesys, Tracey worked in customer services and sales and worked for a number of blue-chip companies.
In her current role Tracey drives the sales strategy and performance, working closely with marketing, customer service and product management.

Kay has worked in the conveyancing industry for many years, and has been with Geodesys since 2017.
Kay is passionate about building relationships with clients and identifying solutions to their needs. She also keeps up-to-date with CQS and the new CPMS and any legislative changes that she might need to advise clients on.
Her knowledge is second-to-none and she is always on hand to offer advice to clients.
Outside of work, Kay is a keen yogi and enjoys going on holiday.

Jess has worked at Geodesys since 2020 and works in the sales team as a Client Account Executive. Jess has experience in customer service and working in the housing industry, and is passionate about providing fantastic customer support to new and existing clients.
In her spare time, Jess plays the trumpet and enjoys spending time with her family.

Lauren joined Geodesys in 2021 and is the Customer Services Team Manager.
Prior to joining the team, Lauren spent over four years in various positions with Anglian Water, most recently on the Accelerated Management Trainee scheme across different departments in Customer and Wholesale Services.
Lauren is passionate about providing fantastic customer service and improving processes to create new efficiencies.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys socialising with friends, spending time with her fiance and border collie, Lettie, and watching crime documentaries.
