Drainage and Water price update

From Saturday, 1st April, we will be changing the price of our residential and commercial drainage and water searches.

This is a result of current economic conditions and continued rising costs. Our commitment to offering you the best possible product and service remains the same, and we look forward to continuing to work together.  

Any orders received after midnight on 31st March will be at the new price. Quotes and orders placed before this will be honoured at the old price.

All prices include VAT.

The CON29DW is the only drainage and water report that:

• includes answers to ALL 23 Law Society copyrighted questions on drainage and water
• includes TWO separate maps to illustrate the position of both drainage and water assets
• does NOT infer or insure against answers to Law Society questions
• does NOT refer customers to a different source of information
• provides FULL protection for residential properties
• provides effective REDRESS for home buyers in the case of incorrect information
