It's an exciting year for Geodesys as we reach 25 years in the conveyancing industry.

To celebrate our landmark anniversary, we are delighted to invite you to join us and property experts for a look back at how the conveyancing industry has evolved and what might be in store for the future.

Join in with the discussion as our speakers take you through the latest legislation and contemporary issues in conveyancing past and present. This is a great opportunity to celebrate how far the industry has come and focus on new ideas to offer the best service to your clients.

The seminar, which is free to attend and includes brunch, will take place on September 13th 2022 at Dunston Hall in Norwich. Industry-leading experts including Stephen Desmond, renowned CPD speaker and conveyancing cheerleader, Drainage and Water Searches Network board member Jonny Davey and Iryna Minimurzina, environmental expert, will be presenting throughout the event. Sessions will include:

  • Future Proofing Data.  How can data quality and transparency support decision-making in the conveyancing transaction?
  • Contemporary Issues in Residential Conveyancing. A practical overview of current topical matters including a look back on how the industry has evolved over the past 25 years.
  • The Evolution of Environmental Reports – Past, Present and Future. A look at how environmental information has changed over time to meet legislative, practice note and conveyancing handbook requirements.
