The word Update in the middle of the image surrounded by lots of icons in hexagon shapes. There is a laptop, people, a telephone, a target, an envelope and a tablet.

Geodesys would like to share an update on our business continuity plans in relation to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the current global situation.

We have a great deal of business continuity planning in place to ensure we are in the best possible position to continue providing you with the same excellent levels of service you expect from Geodesys (in fact we are ISO 22301 certified for Business Continuity Management). We have also liaised with all of our partners and suppliers to ensure they too have appropriate measures in place and we are confident that the products and services we provide you with will not be impacted by the current situation being experienced globally.

In order to protect our employees and customers, our Account Managers will be holding all meetings via telephone and/or the internet using Skype (or equivalent) with immediate effect and until further notice. In addition we have taken the decision to cancel all upcoming events and will look to rearrange them at an appropriate time.

Should we be required to close the offices, we have processes in place to ensure we continue to remain fully operational and are well prepared to enable all healthy employees to work from home. We have also updated our policies and health advice in line with the World Health Organisation and to reflect government guidelines.

We will continue to update customers with any changes to the above as the situation evolves. In the meantime, if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 085 8050.
