We've enhanced our mapping tool

From Wednesday, 15th March, you will be able to search for a property or plot using our new intuitive mapping tool.

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...

1. Enter the title number or postcode
2. View and confirm the plan or edit as required
3. Choose your searches or search package

By using Land Registry title numbers as well as postcodes, our mapping system provides you with pinpoint accuracy, making it especially suited to large or complex sites and a must for commercial properties.

Accuracy

Our enhanced system will offer you accurate details on title, based on up-to-date title information from the Land Registry.  You’ll also see only the relevant products from which to make your selection reducing the likelihood of ordering the wrong search report or any other title-related errors.

Speed

Not only do you save the time and hassle of uploading a plan but there are a number of intuitive features to facilitate your ordering process:

Select from multiple titles both Leasehold & Freehold

Ability to preview a boundary if multiple titles are listed.

Search for a different address from the plan page, without the need to go back.

Benefit from keyboard shortcuts to speed up the drawing / editing process.

Both freehold and leasehold titles are viewable.
