Our Conveyancing Alert service makes sure you're always one step ahead of your competitors. By notifying you when former clients list their property for sale you can get in touch as they return to the market and are making important decisions about sale and / or purchase instructions.
No hidden fees or subscription costs, you only pay for the leads you receive.
How it works
Simply let us know that you want to go ahead and choose how many leads you’d like each month. We’ll sign you up for a minimum of three months, after which you can cancel at any time with a month’s notice.
It costs £12.50 per lead and you can opt-out of leads covered by existing referral agreements, ensuring no duplication. If you’ve already been contacted by a former client when we send you the lead, just let us know and you won’t be charged.
