Get ready for CQS assessment

ln February 2019 the Law Society updated and expanded the Core Practice Management Standards (CPMS) for their Conveyancing Quality Scheme. All law firm members of CQS were required to update and embed the requirements by 1st May 2019.

Towards the end of the year the Law Society started their pilot assessment scheme involving desk-based assessments and on-site visits.  Geodesys is working with the Law Society to promote understanding of the CQS, and in this talk we look at specific requirements of the CPMS, what’s involved in assessment and the Law Society findings from the pilot.

We also take a look at how Geodesys can assist and support your practice with CQS compliance.
