Introducing Non-Personal AML Search

We are delighted to let you know that Geodesys now offers Non-Personal Anti-Money Laundering Search, allowing you to verify your business clients quickly and easily.

Current AML legislation states that any transaction of value (over 10,000 euros) carried out on behalf of a company needs to be checked using an electronic anti-money laundering search the same way you would check a private individual.

Our anti-money laundering solution checks numerous data sets to ensure you are compliant with the European Union's Fourth Money Laundering Directive. Features include:

• whether the company is listed on any sanctions lists
• company ID checks to prove the company's existence
• ongoing alerts if the company is found non-compliant
• downloadable compliance reports supporting record-keeping requirements

There are two levels of search to choose from, according to your risk assessment policy. A simplified Non-Personal AML Search is available at £3 (inc VAT) and an enhanced AML is available at £6 (inc VAT).
