2022 ended up being another challenging year for the conveyancing world.
The year started with hopes of the housing market stabilising, but the September mini budget and the increased mortgage rates that followed sent the market into free fall, with many buyers and sellers putting a pause on their plans.
With all this in mind, we are proud to announce that despite the uncertainty of the market, our customers couldn’t be happier with our service! We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and it is good to know our customers feel the same, with a 97% customer satisfaction rate.
