Geodesys receives top marks from their annual customer survey

Drumroll please… we are thrilled to announce that the 2024 customer satisfaction results are in. In the autumn, we surveyed Geodesys customers to discover what they think of our ordering platform and the service we provide. We asked users at every level of the conveyancing chain from administrators to fee earners to truly understand what the needs of our customers are.

The conveyancing industry is constantly evolving with new challenges and opportunities presented all the time. We are pleased that despite another turbulent year in the property market, 98% of Geodesys users are satisfied with the service we provide. This is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the whole team at Geodesys. We aim to put the customer first and value any feedback from customers to find out what we’re doing right and where we can learn and improve our offering, with survey suggestions often informing strategy going forward. This is evident from our mapping overhaul of2023, where following user feedback, we made it even easier to use and order. It was great to hear that this has made an impact on our customers: ‘The sta­ff are amazing, so is the service and the ease of ordering - especially since the revamp of the online ordering service!’

Our dedicated team of Customer Service Advisors and Account Managers work tirelessly to support our customers. From mapping out complex plots to chasing searches for our clients they do their best every day and playa vital role in everything we do. They are the people that you talk to when you call or email in. For the second year running, 99% of our customers were satisfied with the service our teams provided and we couldn’t be prouder.
