A house and piles of coins sit on a table. The house is slightly blurred in the background.

On 1st April 2025, Landmark Information Group are launching their remastered commercial environmental report offering. The new suite of searches is designed to provide conveyancing professionals with comprehensive reports that are easy to navigate and crafted with precision to simplify complex transactions and instil confidence.

What can you expect from these new changes?

  • New landscape format: The reports are now optimised for viewing on laptops and desktop monitors, making it easier for professionals to analyse data without the need for constant scrolling or zooming. This user-friendly format ensures that all critical information is accessible at a glance.
  • Comprehensive summary front page: Each report will feature a detailed summary front page that presents all the essential data in a clear and concise way. Key concern areas are highlighted, allowing users to quickly identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Hyperlinked navigation: To streamline the review process, the reports will include hyperlinked navigation. This feature enables conveyancers and property purchasers to jump directly to the sections they care about most, saving time and improving efficiency. Whether you need to review environmental risks, historical land use, or planning constraints, you can access the relevant information with just a click.
  • New modules: The remastered reports now include new modules such as climate change and ground stability. These additions provide unparalleled due diligence, ensuring that conveyancing professionals have access to the most comprehensive and up-to-date information available.
  • Supplementary report data now included: To further enhance the value of their reports, Landmark has included supplementary report data as default. This means conveyancers no longer need to make additional purchases to obtain a complete picture of the environmental risks associated with a property. By providing all necessary data upfront, you’ll be saving both time and money.

Two of Landmark’s flagship products, Sitecheck Assess and Sitecheck Combined, have also undergone significant upgrades. These enhancements include the introduction of new risk categories and the refinement of existing assessments, ensuring that users receive the most accurate and relevant information possible. To reflect these enhancements and their commitment to providing outstanding environmental reports, Landmark is introducing a price increase and name changes. These adjustments are designed to align with the improved quality and comprehensiveness of the reports.

Please note these prices exclude VAT.

Please note that as part of their new suite of commercial reports, the Sitecheck Combined Full Data Pack report will be discontinued after 31st March, 2025.
